We ship with FedEx Ground and Canada post what ever lower cost to save shipping cost for our customers.


FedEx Ground® Service (Overnight to 7 business days), Most Ontario and Quebec address will delivered in 24-48 hours!
FedEx International Ground™ (2 to 7 business days)

Taxes will be charged based on Ontario Tax Regulations for the 'Shipping Address' listed on your order.

FedEx Ground Service offer only available for Mainland USA and CANADA.

Return Policy

We offer all our customers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our products starting from the day you receive it (excluding opened or used Products).

  • All returns need a return authorization number.
  • Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
  • Merchandise must be returned with all of the accessories and Free Gift if apply.
  • Opened items cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Defective items will be replaced with same item only unless otherwise authorized by representative.
  • All claims for delivery shortages, damages and defective items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. Faulty goods must be returned for exchange or refund.
  • We do not pay for the postage on returns.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable, unless we agree to pay the charges.
  • If customers return items that are marked as "free shipping", the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • If products are returned to us for no reason (unclaimed, refused, wrong address or in customer reason), the order would be subject to reshipping charge or/and a 20% restocking fee.

Special Regulations


Defective Disks (already burned)

Mega Disc Store will refund or make credit for or exchange any 'coasters' only under very special conditions like a recall or if a particular batch has a proven fault.


Jewel & DVD Cases Arriving Broken

Mega Disc Store has reduced the price of all it's jewel cases and DVD cases by 10% off of the regular retail price to account for any minor breakage during shipping or from the manufacturer. Damage claims under 10% of the amount packaged will not be refunded.

Refunds will be handed out in the form of a store certificate, containing the exact dollar amount of all damage exceeding 10% of the total damage. This certificate will allow you to use your refund money on future purchases.

All arriving broken need to be claimed in 7 days since you receive it, please send Email to:RMA@megadiscstore.com indicating the order/invoice number and the quantity of the broken cases; in order to speed up the processing, please attach the pictures showing the broken cases.


Return Process

Please note that if you ordered by Credit Card and return your item, you will be refunded, minus 10% of the total transaction fee. This is to cover the Credit Card charge that Visa and Mastercard charges us as well as restocking fees.

If you wish to return a product for a replacement or refund, please download and fill out the RMA form, then E-mail it to: rma@megadiscstore.com or fax the form to: 1-866-397-4121 (US AND CANADA ONLY). Someone will then contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). You will need to have this special number before shipping your product back to us.

Some restrictions may apply but we will notify you.

RMA numbers usually take between 48 and 72 hours to complete, so please be patient when waiting for yours!

Make sure to fill out the form and receive the e-mail confirmation before sending back your product. Product(s) authorized for return must be returned with all original packaging, manuals and accessories in good condition. All RMA numbers issued by Mega Disc Store are valid for seven (7) days. All returns must be send out within this period. Late or incomplete returns may be subject to refusal. RMA numbers will NOT be extended or reassigned. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

After we receive your return, it will take 1-2 weeks to process.

180 Days Replacement Guarantee:

We offer customers 180 Days Replacement Guarantee for some specific products(Not all, only marked with some of the products). This period will start from the day that the product is shipped.

Customers need to contact us for Replacement Inquiries, and the Invoice or Receipt must be provided. After we issue the Replacement Confirmation Number(RCN), the customer needs to ship back the product they requested to be replaced(Notes: All accessories that come with the product must be returned together).

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the the postage fee of the returned item, but we will pay for the replacement shipping charge.

Any return without a Replacement Confirmation Number(RCN) will result in a void warranty, and any products under unauthorized return will be not be accepted.
